What about things like sour cream, cottage cheese etc. Do they have perservatives because they're on a shelf? I can't imagine not ever having another Big Mac. I don't eat them often but still.

So no packaged rice thingies? Seasonings in pkts? I guess if you read the label, there might be some that with ingredients you can pronounce.

Sour cream, cottage cheese and things like that are good for you. However it's important to eat organic from cows not injected with hormones and antibiotics. If it goes in the cow then it is in the milk then in the products that come from the milk.

Dairy products probably don't have a lot of preservatives in them but you need to check the label to be sure.

As far as the big mac........ well it's definitely not good for you. Over 800 calories for one thing and full of stuff you shouldn't be eating.

Mighty tasty though - LOL! I go by the 90/10 rule. 90% of the time I try to eat as healthy, organic, natural as possible. That leaves 10% that I can splurge on from time to time. A piece of decadent chocolate cake, a meal eaten out, etc. There are some things though that I never allow such as diet soda. It's just not worth it to me for that stuff.

We buy our dairy products from the farmer. There is no processing done on it at all. I love milk.
