BUT how do you handle it? I really offended these girls by telling them they were wrong and they haven't been back since! Granted, i don't want stupid people up at my counter taking from my time with you guys, but that doesn't mean they can't buy a month and go right into their room without bothering me... ha ha ha. I just realized that this is the exact thread that will be copied and posted into other forums for tanners, where they attack us for being mean money hungry salon owners that trash talk their clientelle. glad i am under my mom's name
