Yeah great advice and great job not allowing this thread to get off topic.
I would say to fully train your employees on smart tanning and setting up a great marketing strag. Also check around on disty's salon discounts can vari.

Knowing right up front what is expected and wont be tolerated. I was way to lienient on my employees and they ruined it for everyone else because now I dont tolerate ANYTHING.
