I would have him do the detox and start drinking the tea at least twice a day. Hot or cold doesn't matter. Also is he taking any vitamins at all? He needs to be sure he is getting the right nutrients while he is losing weight or he can be in big trouble, especially losing that fast. Get him on the vitamins and the Resist EFA's. Those are terrific. (BTW- take those separate from your regular vitamins so they absorb all on their own). The fiber shake daily will also help him lose that extra weight he is carrying.
