I dont think so. Its making you detox through your pee and your sweat too. So that makes you dehydrated and your body want more water

Brandy everything you are experiencing is normal for detox. The headaches come from the detox as well as needing more water. Glad you like the water bottle, it makes it tons easier to drink the right amount and looks better, too. I try never to sell the detox without selling the bottle as well. Just hang in there. How are you doing without the diet coke?

Brandy make sure you are drinking extra water along with the detox. Take your body weight, divided in half to get the minimum number of ounces you should drink daily. The 32 oz in the detox counts towards that. Caffiene does NOT count at all and in fact you will have to drink more water to make up for it.

I had 1/2 a diet coke yesterday at my son's soccer game. None today. And it it much, much easier to drink out of that water bottle. Awesome! Thanks!
