On a side issue of poop, I was wondering will this help your overall movements or just during the 7 days? My mother has always had issues going, so the 7 day detox would probably be good for her too but will it help during the other 3 weeks or is there another product to help keep her constant?

Once you do the detox things should get moving more regularly. However, Arbonne has a product called Herbal Colon Cleanse. I take that every night before bed on the days I'm not doing the detox. It is a natural gentle every night cleanse that keeps you going the right way. And since it's natural, it's not like those chemical laxatives.

It's really what our bodies need on a daily basis but doesn't get because we eat junk all of the time. We are not getting the natural enzymes in our food and what most of us eat really shouldn't even be called food.

On a daily basis I take the Arbonne smart hybrid vitamins, joint formula, leg vein formula, EFA, herbal colon cleanse and the natural progesterone cream. When I do that my body is getting every single nutritional thing it needs to keep me in the best possible health.

I don't get sick. I never go to the doctor. I don't take any medicines. And I'm 50 and don't look anywhere near my age. I would rather spend my money to stay heathly than to spend it going to the doctor and being on prescriptions. I see the people around me and most are sick, overweight, unhealthy. I choose not to go that route.

One thing on the detox that I want to warn everyone. The more you need to detox, the more intense it is going to be for you. You will get cramps and some major explosions, especially if you are a big diet pop drinker. Those I've noticed have it the worst for some reason. So be prepared. This detox works but it might do a number on you while you're on it.

I recommend that if you do have a hard time with it, to do a 2nd week right away. Get all of that junk out of you.

And stay off the stuff that is causing it.

I love the acne wash too! Does it make you break out before it clears you up like most stuff does? Cuz thats what its doing to me

I call it soda here. I'm not a big soda drinker, but when I do drink it, it's diet, maybe thats why I had a rough go of it Kathe.

In addition to what Kathe said Rcknep, when you are on the 7 day cleanse, you are almost forced to eat right, which includes whole grain breads, brown rice, and things like that loaded with fiber, which get you pooping good. So If you continue to do that after the 7 days, it will also help with regularity

JustTans are you using the NutriMin C Set? That never made me break out but the Intelligence line wash DID make me break out and I quit using that one and went back to the NutriMin regimen.

Soooo glad Kathe has this forum! I sell Arbonne but haven't had time to attend the seimnars and get educated as well as I should be. This will be very informative.

AND I have met Kathe and let me tell you guys she looks NOTHING of her age. Her Avatar does not do her justice. I wish I would have taken a picture of her when she was here because you would be impressed and I'm not just saying this to suck up. hehe Seeing her in person really made me pursue this, her skin is that of a woman in her early 30's!!!!

I'm using the clear advantage set. The intelligence exfoliating mask, and I have the nutrimin peel but haven't used that yet. I just know with most acne medication it makes you break out before it clears you up, so I was just assuming it was like that with this.

It is just junk coming out of your skin. Some of that is from the detox. Your skin and liver are your largest organs for detox. Keep away from the junk, do detox, colon cleanse every night, try to eat healthy and before you know it you will have clear skin and a healthy body.

A nice side benefit is that after doing the detox a few times and getting rid of all the junk inside you won't smell anymore. I never use deoderant anymore. No yellow stains and no smell. The bad odor is from toxins.

BTW - NEVER, EVER use antipersperant. It completely blocks the pores in your pits which is a major detox area of your body. It is horrible and right next to your lymph nodes so a very dangerous place to be using heavy chemicals and heavy metals.

An alternative is to use the Arbonne Remineralizing lotion 24H. It's an awesome natural deoderant. Will allow the toxins and sweat out but keep the smell nice.

One more thing Meagan. Use the SeaSource Detox Sea Mud Face & Body Mask twice a week. It is like a vacuum cleaner for your skin. It will suck those nasties out of your face and leave your pores nice and clear.

Just want to make sure you guys know that you need to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of WATER every day. That means if you weight 150 pounds you need to drink 75 ounces.

If you drink caffiene beverages you have to increase the water. Coffee and pop do NOT count in the 75 ounces.

If you drink herbal tea it does count.

If you drink milk it does count.

I recommend not drinking juice. It's too hard on the pancreas. Unless you water it down to 1/4 juice and 3/4 water. Better just to eat an orange that way you get the fiber that helps the juice be tolerated in your body.

OH! And the favorite here. No alcohol. None!

I do have a beer every now and then. That means 1 and means maybe once a week or every other week. Or a glass or merlot. That's it. No hard stuff.

Your bodies need to last you a long time. Getting old stinks and the healthier you are now the better you will handle it then.
