Yea I would eat the almonds. If its there, I will eat it. There is a candy machine with cashews in the salon, thank goodness the cashews part is broken. I wont' get the m&m's or mike & ikes cuz I know they are bad. But I will justify eating all the cashews to myself because they are good for you!

SOoooo yesterday I didn't get to drink much of the detox and drank it all between 9pm-1am. I'm a tad crampy today....haven't had any bad cramps like the first time. So today, Shartaphobia is in full effect.

The chai is delicious when you mix it with hot milk. Yummy! Like a cinnamon hot cocoa.

I like the vanilla the best cause it mixes with so many things. Gordon foods have these bags of mixed berries and another with mixed tropical fruit. Yummy! I bought one of those little mixers so I can mix up a smoothie for lunch or whatever.
