I workout lots and started getting bad gas pains. I drink gallons of water a day, but do drink. Do you guys think that working out caused the pains?

OMG, Kathe. This stuff tastes like crap! I didn't bring enough water to work to dilute it enough. Would mixing it with tea be better?

I drink at least 96-100 ounces of water daily. And some beer, but not daily. A few times a week. And a diet coke a day.

Here are a few things you can do to make it taste better.

Mix it with the Arbonne detox tea or fizzy tabs. I know you don't have any so in the meantime you can add the juice of 1/2 of a lemon. That will help mask the taste. You also need to be sure you are mixing it with 32 oz of water and ice. That's what the blue logo bottle is for, so you mix it with enough.

OK on the diet soda. That is going to add to your toxic level. Artificial sweeteners are evil, as Meagan said. They are completely horrid to your system. Nothing good about them and they actually keep weight on rather than help you lose it. They are now linking artificial sweeteners to auto immune disease such as lupus, MS, chronic fatigue, etc. They completely destroy your immune system. Use this time detoxing to change to just pure clean water instead.

A beer now and then is fine. I do the same, especially when we have pizza.
