If sensible, moderate UV exposure and the resulting vitamin D production resulted in just 10% reduction in these deaths (on the low end of most estimates), that would be over 50,000 less deaths from cancer. If you include the decreased morbidity as well as the mortality, those benefited would increase dramatically.
