How true about the medications,I almost lost my mother because of medications doctors were giving her. Put a stop to it and got a new doctor.

I see it all the time. Some are just human error. Never going to fix that. But the ones that concern me are when a doctor prescribes something that is specifically contraindicated for a person, whether it's due to their age, their infirmity or possibly even due to medication they are already taking. It can be really scarey. I would never take anyone's word on what is the right treatment without checking it out first.

IMO, doctors are WAY over used. Some people run to them with every little ass ache or pimple. Seems they have a PILL to TREAT everything but rarely CURE. It would seem recently, there are new diseases being "invented" at the same time new PILLS are patented.
